"Y-you fucking savages...alright...okay...I'll talk! Just...just don't do any of that to me..please..." The man was begging now, but he was keeping himself from crying. Bullseye was toying with the knife in his hand, poking it up and down the Enclave soldiers leg. He stepped back as the soldier was pissing himself, and frowned at the smell of urine. He backed off, not wanting to get the man's piss on his boots, and stood beside Earl.
"Answer the mans questions then fucktard. And make it quick." He was losing patience, and it was clear. The man wasn't suited for torture. "Answer 'em, and I'll end your life quickly and get this over with."
"W-we framed the NCR...t-t-to weaken them. M-make the townsfolk hate' em...rile 'em up...get 'em to fight the NCR for us...T-the plan..is t-t-to turn Oregon into a fr-free state...for us...to re-establish ourselves...we're not hiring anyone.."
Bullseye didn't really care much about what the trooper had to say. Anything important, their captive probably wouldn't know much about anyway. The lieutenant seemed to be the one they needed to get a hold of. The problem was clearing out his guards and disarming him, taking back Tull. “Good enough. Do what you want with him Earl.”
He turned back to Cat, putting his throwing knife away. “So, no real info we want, I s'pose, “he said, his voice back to normal. “At least, not on yer Baron and not on the Legion. Don' really know how we're s'posed to clear out the Enclave though. Sound's'ta me they already got what they wanted. I guess the best thing t'do 'ed be see if ya can get that friend o'yours back on the radio, see if you can tell the NCR what's goin' on here.”
He turned to Earl, stroking his chin thoughtfully. “Earl, ya reckon if you can round up yer men, you can get the truth 'bout what happ'nd out? Get everyon' to know the truth? I think that'd 'bout fix up you and the NCR's bad blood if everyon' new it was the Enclave's fault.”

It seemed the soldier had finally broken before Bullseye. Cat briefly wondered how the soldier could take the knife wound to his shoulder like a champ only to fold from lingual threats. And so the questioning seemed to have quickly run dry with pertinent information. Catherine then watched Bullseye approach her when he had finished, and the merc summed up the situation pretty well when he spoke. She leaned back in the ancient chair, which let out a soft, rusty squeal. Eyeing him, then the bloody Enclave captive, she nodded silently. Cat slid her leather boots off the desk and leaned over the side of the chair. Grunting, her fingers found the dusty radio.
Just reaching the controls, Cat turned the power switch on and adjusted to the proper frequency. A light hissing could be heard from the radio's speaker, but nothing more. Picking up the microphone and slouching back into the chair, Catherine gave Bullseye and Earl a look that he could decipher easily. I hope I can reach him now.
Depressing the button on the mic, Catherine spoke slowly and deliberately.
"Quieter than a shadow." the woman said. She released the button and waited. There was no reply. "Quieter than a shadow." Only muffle static and hissing came from the speaker. Catherine leaned her head back in the chair, holding the mike over her mouth. "Dammit Clyde. I need you to answer...".
A moment passed in silence. Cat sighed. She waited for a while, then slouched again. "Well... he must have turned his radio off." The woman said finally, leaning over again to hang up the old mic.
*static* "Kitty Cat, talk to me." *static*
Catherine pulled the mic back to her so quickly that it near pulled out of the radio. "Clyde, you fucker. Good tah hear yer voice." she said, tipping the brim of her hat up above her forehead.
*static* "Yeah, yeah, I get that all the time. I did a little diggin'. All NCR trucks in Oregon Territory are present and accounted fer, ma'am. Whatever you think you saw today in Tull, it wasn't us." *static*
"Clyde, yah might need tah sit down fer this."
*static* "Shit, Cat. What did you go and do?" *static*
"Nothing asshole, jus' listen tah me. I know it wasn't an NCR truck. It was ah bunch ah soldiers pretending tah be NCR. They had their truck all painted up, flying yer flag and everything. Uniforms, guns, tha whole package. They've executed tha entire town, save fer us, s'far as ah can tell. They..." Catherine said as she stood up from the chair, pushed it away, and leaned over the radio.
*static* "Slow down, senorita. Th-*static* the whole town? ...Who the fuck are they? And who is "us"?" *static*
"They're Enclave. Or some sort ah remnant group." Catherine said slowly into the microphone, allowing the words time to sink in. "And "we" are mahself and mah two associates."
*static* Enclave, huh? Cat, at what time did you start drinking today? *static*
Cat Fyre brought her fist down to the desk with enough force that a coffee mug tipped over the edge and shattered near her boots. Cat did not notice the throbbing of her hand as she growled into the microphone. "Godammit Clyde, yah motherfucker! I saw tha damn armor. Power Armor. I saw their emblem. Hell, even the hostage we took admitted they were Enclave! Mark mah words, the Enclave is in Oregon. And they've killed everyone in Tull. Enclave is controlling the Oregon Devils. I saw tha letters to tha rebel leader, Clyde. With my own eyes! They're connected loosely to ah group of Legion. Ah don't know it's size or true affiliation. Something bigger then we reckoned is going on up here..."
*static* "Damn. Cat... *static* are you gonna do?" *static*
"We... haven't got that far yet. After we take care of tha hostage, we're gunna try tah find who's callin' tha shots. If you were coming tah Oregon with those boys, keep yer eyes peeled. They'll have a helluva trap set by then, if they know yer comin'. I'll see what I can do 'bout keepin' 'em from diggin' in. Make sur you fucken warn those boys, Clyde. And if anyway possible, speed up tha operation." Catherine said in a quiet voice. She had removed her hat and was running her fingers through her hair. She often did this when she couldn't get her point across clearly enough.
*static* "No promises on the op. I have a few other ideas. Be careful, Cat. Good Luck to... all of you." *static*
The radio changed pitch and quieted. Clyde had turned off his radio and left his post.
Catherine hung the mic in place and turned to her companions, replacing her hat. She lit another cigarette to relax a little, tossing the match to the floor. Looking up at Bullseye and Earl, Catherine Fyre spoke quietly to her partners.
"Four days. We've got four days 'fore Rangers and tha NCR show up. 'Till then, we're on our own. So, let's figure out ah game plan and get ready for tomorrow. Earl, would you be so kind as tah send that piece of shit to hell?" the woman said as she hit the cigarette blew the smoke in the direction of the Enclave Soldier. "In that other side room, if yah dont mind. If we don't figurend out a good place to go soon, we might have tah sleep in here for the night..." And that's when it hit her. Cat could't believe she had forgotten the danger of returning to the station.
"Bullseye, Earl, they haven't been here yet to kill us yet since that fella left... reckon that means that Daniel didn't betray Earl. Or at least hasn't went out of his way tah mention our location tah the guy runnin' this shit."

Daniel had the fact that the Devils would be used for the now corrupt Enclave, he couldn't stand it. He needed to get to Earl and tell him before combat happened. He pulled himself out of his bed in the bunker, and walked through to the armory. He stood in front of his armor for a few minutes, looking it in the eye. This armor used to symbolize greatness, now cruelty. And he was donning it.
He tried his best to be quiet and leave the bunker, whether a Devil heard him or not, he didn't know. He was gonna be back before dayfall, however. He walked to where he last saw them, the radio tower. A twenty minute walk. He was more careful now, crouching down, and slowly getting to the hill, and quietly getting into it. Once inside, he went to where the group was, and stood behind them at a distance.
"Bullseye, Earl, they haven't been here yet to kill us yet since that fella left... reckon that means that Daniel didn't betray Earl. Or at least hasn't went out of his way tah mention our location tah the guy runnin' this shit."
"Lieutenant Chase, his name was, he knows nothing of you three. And this isn't the Enclave I was brought up with."
Daniel was prepared for Earl and his friends to be startled, and as a precaution, he sat his gatling laser on the ground, and had his hands in the air. Not that they could overpower him anyway. He wanted to bring the Devils back in and obliterate this Enclave, but for that, he'd need Earl.

Earl strode forward and grabbed the Enclave prisoner and began to drag him. The man pleaded for mercy the entire while, but Earl was oblivious. The man was dead already, just a carcass waiting to be butchered so far as Earl was concerned at this point. He tipped his hat to the two, and then closed the door- but not before responding to the question about the Devils. "Any man who doesn't want to help kill Enclave after this is getting a bullet. As for the NCR? Let 'em come. Ah've got bigger fish to kill now. And ah'm going to kill 'em till I'm in the dirt myself. Infact, ask your ranger buddies if they want me to save some for them." He growled this last bit, then closed the door.
But eventually of course, the two on the other end would hear the man's pleading cut off with a sickening crunch. Earl would walk back into their room and begin to speak again, "Ah was thinkin', if Daniel got to mah boys first, it'll be hard as damnation to get 'em to he-"
Jjust in time to see Daniel come into the radio tower. His revolver was out in a flash and the hammer already pulled back, the barrel aimed right for Daniels head. He didn't seem to care that the man was in power armor or not. All Earl knew was that standing infront of him was a man who he had trusted since child hood, who had turned out to be a part of an organization of murdering scum. He made his thoughts clear when he spoke in that strangely soft tone of his, the one that made his upbringing as a polite man clear. "Nat another step if you would Daniel. Ah wanna unload this entire cylinder into your helmet more than ah ever did any Enceear trooper, and if my two compatriots here decide that's what's going to happen, ah reckon all of us unloading on you should do the trick."
But...for now he did nothing. It would become clear to the other two that he was waiting for their lead at this point, having come to trust them. They had let him have some revenge. But he wanted more than a taste, he wanted to drink the entire bucket of Enclave blood. And only these two could help him. It was clear with the way he stood, his posture. His eyes. Even the false smile that had grown out of the snarl.
He wanted Daniel dead. He wanted the Enclave dead. "Bullseye? Miss Fyre?" He tilted his head towards them, "Meet mah associates Daniel. Ah believe they've got some questions for you since you seem to be so buddy buddy with the Lieutenant up there."

Bullseye pulled out the bottle of whiskey once more while Cat began messing with the radio once more watching the Enclave soldier with violent eyes. He didn't blink, and when the soldier noticed the poor bastard started shuddering. Grinning, he pulled out a glass and poured himself some of the hot alcohol. It stung his mouth as he let it slide down his throat, but it was great at taking the edge off of things. What he needed was a proper bit of time to get wasted, and forget all about this ridiculous Enclave business. Maybe he could convince Cat to join him if they ever got anywhere safe.
Bullseye frowned as Cat seemed to get no response on the radio. It was important they get the word out. A whole force if Enclave would be far too much to handle on their own. For that matter, Bullseye wasn't sure he wanted any part if this anymore. He's said he'd take care of Cat, but maybe convincing her to back down would be the best way to do it. They pursued this, they were both liable to wind up in the ground.
"Well... he must have turned his radio off."
"Well.... Shit. I guess-" Bullseye closed his mouth as static came over the speaker, and he smiled. He wouldn't be looking forward to finding that station Hatfield said he was getting transferred to, and any excuse he could use to stay away he'd use.
"Kitty Cat, talk to me."
Bullseye butted out while she spoke with whoever Clyde was, occupying himself with the whiskey. He listened to the conversation passively though, making sure he took note of anything he could. He wanted to know more about Cat. There seemed to be a lot more to her then her nickname of Blonde Window, and Bullseye was bothered at how intrigued he'd been. The thought that the NCR operation might be walking into a trap was a bad ordeal, though.
"Four days. We've got four days 'fore Rangers and tha NCR show up. 'Till then, we're on our own. So, let's figure out ah game plan and get ready for tomorrow. Earl, would you be so kind as tah send that piece of shit to hell? In that other side room, if yah dont mind. If we don't figurend out a good place to go soon, we might have tah sleep in here for the night..."
"Shit, I reckon we... Aw hell I dunno." Bullseye said, frowning as Earl drug the prisoner into the other room. "We need to get the Devils, assuming they'll help us."
"Any man who doesn't want to help kill Enclave after this is getting a bullet. As for the NCR? Let 'em come. Ah've got bigger fish to kill now. And ah'm going to kill 'em till I'm in the dirt myself. Infact, ask your ranger buddies if they want me to save some for them."
Bullseye chuckled, glad the man had changed his tune as he went to execute the enclave soldier. The execution soured his mood though, it was a shame the man hadn't had a chance to fight for his life. He wasn't a threat in his current position, not like Daniel....
He had the realization as the screams from the other room fell silent, but as Earl headed back inside, it seemed Cat's brain worked a bit faster then his.
"Bullseye, Earl, they haven't been here yet to kill us yet since that fella left... reckon that means that Daniel didn't betray Earl. Or at least hasn't went out of his way tah mention our location tah the guy runnin' this shit."
It was true enough at least. Though he still didn't trust this Daniel. "Maybe. Or maybe they just don' trust him 'nough to take his advice yet."
"Ah was thinkin', if Daniel got to mah boys first, it'll be hard as damnation to get 'em to he-"
The noise was loud an distinctive, the movement of metal on metal and loud thudding boots. Daniel had returned and was coming down the hall. It was bad enough that he had forgotten the danger they left when they had fled the other side if the station. Now he was just as blind in keeping an eye on the exits. It probably had to do a little with the whiskey, but he'd rather blame the mess of a mind Cat had given him.
Bullseye's revolver was up in a flash as Daniel came into the room at least, and he hope that the man hadn't brought company to try and finish them off. Earl's gun was up to from what he could see out of the corner of his eye, and he didn't doubt Cat's would be as well. Still, he slowly stepped to the side as Earl gave Daniel a warning. He had said he'd take care of Cat, and Bullseye had never been one not to keep a promise.
"Nat another step if you would Daniel. Ah wanna unload this entire cylinder into your helmet more than ah ever did any Enceear trooper, and if my two compatriots here decide that's what's going to happen, ah reckon all of us unloading on you should do the trick."
"Lieutenant Chase, his name was," the power armored man said. It was obvious he could hear their conversation. His words didn't help alleve Bullseye's fears about the man. Daniel was enclave after all. "He knows nothing of you three. And this isn't the Enclave I was brought up with."
"Bullseye? Miss Fyre?" He tilted his head towards them, "Meet mah associates Daniel. Ah believe they've got some questions for you since you seem to be so buddy buddy with the Lieutenant up there."
That was good at least. Earl wasn't going to shoot the man yet as far as he could tell. Things weren't going to be good between the two with what had happened, and Daniel leaving with Enclave soldiers, but this was a good start. "Ya betta' hope ya weren't follow'd 'gain, or I'm gonna' blow yer head off this time Daniel. Come hav' a seat," Bullseye said, motioning at the bloody chair where the last Enclave soldier had been. "And then ya can tell us what the hell yer Talkin' about. Whadda' ya mean it 'ain't the same Enclave.' "

Catherine looked to Bullseye and Earl, waiting for a respone. The woman silently hoped that one of her companions had thought of a plan, because she was currently drawing a blank. The last twelve hours had been a roller coaster for Cat, and she found it hard to concentrate.
"Maybe. Or maybe they just don' trust him 'nough to take his advice yet." Bullseye replied in reference to Daniel..
Earl then spoke. "Ah was thinkin', if Daniel got to mah boys first, it'll be hard as damnation to get 'em to he-"
The noise was loud an distinctive, the movement of metal on metal and loud thudding boots. Daniel had returned and was coming down the hall. Bullseye's revolver was up in a flash as Daniel came into the room at least, and [Bullseye] hoped that the man hadn't brought company to try and finish them off. As Earl began to speak to Daniel, Bullseye moved into a position closer to Cat. She was holding both Sequoia's on Daniel's helmet. Catherine noticed the merc change position from the corner of her eye, but she was deep in thought over how many rounds the armor could take to it's face.
"Nat another step if you would Daniel. Ah wanna unload this entire cylinder into your helmet more than ah ever did any Enceear trooper, and if my two compatriots here decide that's what's going to happen, ah reckon all of us unloading on you should do the trick." Earl said.
"Lieutenant Chase, his name was," the power armored man said. It was obvious he had heard their conversation. "He knows nothing of you three. And this isn't the Enclave I was brought up with."
"Bullseye? Miss Fyre?" He tilted his head towards them, "Meet mah associates Daniel. Ah believe they've got some questions for you since you seem to be so buddy buddy with the Lieutenant up there." "And then ya can tell us what the hell yer Talkin' about. Whadda' ya mean it 'ain't the same Enclave."
Catherine stood and watched quietly as Daniel replied, the grip on her gun tightening.
A voice spoke in her head. It was not her father's, it was Rico's.
He's lying, Cat. her uncle's scrathcy voice seemed to whisper quietlyfrom all around the room. You can't trust a man in full armor, 'specially not some Enclave hound.
Cat did not trust the man, and the more he spoke the more she seemed to disagree with him. Something was wrong here, but she couldn't put her finger on it juts yet. As Bullseye and Earl continued their palaver with Daniel, Catherine quickly unloaded one of the .44 revolvers. Taking out the six heavy bullets, they were deposited in her pocket. She then plucked six FMJ +P rounds from her pistolero belt and popped them into the cylinder. Spinning the drum of the weapon, she trained it back on Daniel as he began speaking.
The rare rounds she had just loaded into Rico's Sequoia would deal more than twice the amount of sheer impact damage than a standard .44 magnum round. She told herself that if things got sketchy, she would send all six into his face plate. Staying quite, Cat allowed her companions to take the lead.

"Ya betta' hope ya weren't follow'd 'gain, or I'm gonna' blow yer head off this time Daniel. Come hav' a seat,"
Daniel looked at where Bullseye mentioned. He knew this logic, if he sat down, he would be forced into submission. He stood over the chair, and moved it away, he stood exactly where the chair was, however. In not sitting down, he'd still exert some authority.
"I'll stand."
"And then ya can tell us what the hell yer Talkin' about. Whadda' ya mean it 'ain't the same Enclave.' "
Daniel licked his lips, eager to see what they thought of the situation, not that he needed them, he could supply all the Devils, tell them what happened, and then they all walk into Tull and obliterate the Enclave presence here.
"My parents were Enclave runaways, and they were part of a larger group. There were 5 of them, all part of the same team. They situated themselves in the Bunker, and I was educated there. They eventually all died off, and the only thing I was left was memories and their armor and weapons. The Enclave they spoke of were kind people, eager to rebuild, eager to bring peace. But this part of the Enclave? Cruel."
He looked at Earl, and took his helmet off and sat it on the chair. He refrained from touching Earl, lest the others would shoot him, instead he just held his hands together and hung his head in shame.
"Earl. I'm sorry. I had to either kill your sister or her husband. I thought they'd let her go if I killed her husband......but someone else killed her. I swear to you that I will avenge them."

Earl stayed silent for a few moments as Daniel spoke, hat pulled down over his eyes. Expression blank. He didn't speak, he didn't interrupt, he seemed to hardly even breathe. He stood still as stone, refusing to budge or show a hint of emotion or even some sign that he was listening. But he was listening, and he heard Daniel well. Too well for his liking. As Daniel finished and placed his helmet down on the chair, he'd be greeted with a rather ill boding sight that he probably never expected to see infront of -his- face.
Earl raised his revolver, and pulled back the hammer. It was aimed right at the mans exposed head. When he spoke now, his voice quivered with a rage that was worse than when he had first discovered the deaths of the townsfolk. "You best sit down in that chair right now Daniel, or ah'll blow your fucking brains out right now. You think I give a damn about your apologies? You was close as kin to me, ah loved you like a brother. And you go ahead and kill my sisters husband?!You're a dirty fucking traitor. Not just to the village, but to my sister, and me."
Each word was sent as if it was a bullet fired from Earls revolver, and the man meant each word. But he wasn't finished with Daniel, oh no, not yet. "So make your choice Daniel- die here, or sit the fuck down like Bullseye said. We ain't got nothing to discuss as far as ah'm concerned until you do so, and you're in no position to be bargaining."
Earl continued speaking, in a low growl at this point. "Ah'm tempted to just shoot you in the head, but that'd be too kind for a murdering bastard who sold his soul to an organization that murdered the people who he grew up with. We fought to protect our village, and you went ahead and helped the people who -BURNT IT TO THE GROUND!" Earls finger hovered over the trigger of his six-shooter as he raised his voice at that last part, and his thumb rested on the hammer. He was not bluffing, if Daniel did not sit down, Earl would genuinely kill the man who had once fought beside him.
His eyes narrowed into that familiar look, and he stared at the man who he had grown up with with a look of pure and utter contempt and revulsion. And hate. Of course the hate. As far as he was concerned, Daniel was already dead.
Earl uttered one last sentence however, not finished with the man even now.
"You've forgotten the face of your father, if you ever even knew it in the first place."

Bullseye was fairly irked when the traitor refused to sit. If the man was trying to prove his loyalty, refusing to follow orders wasn't a good way to do it, even if he wanted to maintain some dignity. He was running out of patience for what he considered idiotic decisions today. Between Earl trying to blow him up, Cat and Earl nearly giving away their position, and Daniel trying to prove he had a cock, he found he was actually disappointed the trooper hadn't been dumb enough to require Bullseye's torture. Not for the pain, but just so Bullseye had something to take out his frustration on.
He didn't care much for Daniel's excuses, not when the man had just tried to prove he had free will. Bullseye couldn't help but smirk as Earl took the same stance.
"You best sit down in that chair right now Daniel, or ah'll blow your fucking brains out right now. You think I give a damn about your apologies? You was close as kin to me, ah loved you like a brother. And you go ahead and kill my sisters husband?!You're a dirty fucking traitor. Not just to the village, but to my sister, and me. So make your choice Daniel- die here, or sit the fuck down like Bullseye said. We ain't got nothing to discuss as far as ah'm concerned until you do so, and you're in no position to be bargaining. We fought to protect our village, and you went ahead and helped the people who -BURNT IT TO THE GROUND!"
Things were escalating faster then Bullseye wanted, and while he wasn't opposed to putting a bullet in Daniel, the man likely being as much of a liar as he seemed to be a traitor. Still, it was likely Daniel knew where the rest of the Devils were, and it was more then likely they didn't know that Earl was alive. He stepped up behind Earl, keeping the revolver off his back but ready to blow a whole through the rebel's spine as his free arm went to try and push down the hand pointing a gun at Daniel. The number of names on his desire to kill list was getting longer then healthy, and he wasn't happy about keeping one of them alive. A part of him hoped Earl would put a bullet in Daniel, just so Bullseye would have an excuse to kill him for his plot with the dynamite. He was growing sour, and looked at Cat to keep himself calm. No need to make rash decisions that would make her life harder.
“Tha's enough Earl. Put it down. Ain't no need to be killin 'im. . . Yet. Assumin' he's willin' to answer some questions. . . Otherwise, I'm sure you'll enjoy executing another Enclave asshole, right?”
Bullseye pointed to the room where the troopers body lay, assuming that Earl had enjoyed killing the man. “Y'know Daniel, the last asshole that killed Earl's family is dead ov'r there. An' from the looks o' things ain't a one of us gon' hesitate to blow ya' brains out if we need to. If'n ya' want t' join him. Otherwise, take a fuckin' seat and tell us what happ'n to the Devils; and how we get these Enclave fuckers out'a town.”

Catherine stood silently aiming the big iron at Daniel's helmet and listening to the three men as tension grew.
"I'll stand." Daniel had refused to take a seat, and for this reason alone Cat had felt the urge to drop the Sequoia's hammer. As usual, however, she had restrained herself. Since she had left the old Office (which had burned down to coals, cinders, and scorched junk by now), Cat had been tense.
Reminding herself that she had made fast progress on the Tull job, even with her unexpected setbacks, Catherine relaxed a little. Things were going her way, even if it wasn't the way she had expected.
Earl then took his ground, giving Daniel the ass-chewing she suspected the man rightfully deserved. Cat kept her gun on Daniel, but she could help studying Earl at this point. The rebel's speech was laced with emotion, and Cat thought she could almost sense his pain. It was the pain that came from having your family stolen from you, the kind of pain that did not heal if it was simply smothered. It would only poison the heart, infecting the soul with sorrow, anger, and hate. It was the same disease that inhabited Catherine Fyre, and she suddenly felt the chains of Ka tighten between herself and Earl. It was Cat's fate to meet Bullseye and Earl, and it seemed to Catherine the three of them were more alike than they suspected.
If she had doubted finding the reason yesterday, tonight she had been convinced she was getting there. Cat still didn't know where her final destination would be, or how long the journey would be, but she was thankful to have signs like Earl and Bullseye as reassurance to being on the right path. As the rebel continued his heated speech, a smile had crept silently across the woman's mouth. Cat pulled the brim of her hat over her eyes, attempting to mask their excited glow. The money and the vengeance had been mere hobbies. What Catherine truly searched for was her purpose. And the woman believed she was heading the right direction. Picking up bread crumbs in the forest, as she remembered her father saying once long ago.
"...Ah'm tempted to just shoot you in the head, but that'd be too kind for a murdering bastard who sold his soul to an organization that murdered the people who he grew up with. We fought to protect our village, and you went ahead and helped the people who -BURNT IT TO THE GROUND!"
[Bullseye] stepped up behind Earl, keeping the revolver off his back but ready to blow a whole through the rebel's spine as his free arm went to try and push down the hand pointing a gun at Daniel. He was growing sour, and looked at Cat... Catherine returned his gaze with a look that told him to relax.
“Tha's enough Earl. Put it down. Ain't no need to be killin 'im. . . Yet. Assumin' he's willin' to answer some questions. . . Otherwise, I'm sure you'll enjoy executing another Enclave asshole, right?”
Catherine took a few step towards the group, her boot steps heavy on the concrete floor. "Earl..." she said, doing her best impression of a compassionate woman while placing her free hand on his shoulder. ( Her left hand still held the gun on Daniel. ) "...if we want tah reach tha Devils, we need 'im. I reckon we can all agree that stoppin' tha Enclave's plan here in Tull is best fer everyone." she said, trying to show him the bigger picture. Cat gave the rebel's shoulder a squeeze. She looked at him and attempted to lock eyes. Her mind attempted to form the proper speech, attempted to explain to the man that she knew what he felt, but Catherine could not find the words. All she could do is nod.
A soft ache had began in Cat's arm, the extended limb growing weary from support of the heirloom weapon's weight. She could see Bullseye on Earl's other side from her peripheral vision, and the woman mused as to whether Daniel would comply. Now that the three gunslingers were growing short on patience.

Daniel was taken by surprise with the gun raised to his head. He took many moments to think his actions through, and the most logical seemed to seating himself on the chair. He grabbed his helmet off of it and sat it on the floor, and then sat on the chair. It seemed their plan was to eliminate this Enclave remnants, and Daniel felt obliged to assist an any way possible.
"You'll not need to kill me. The Devils? They're fine. I led them to a bunker. Only I know the password, and it's also got facial recognition. The Enclave won't be getting to them. Abe is fine, if you wanted to know, Earl. He copped a bullet though. Now, as for the Enclave. You're gonna need to overpower them. This is easily done. Back at the aforementioned bunker, there are four sets of power armor, and a stockpile of energy weapons. With the upgrades to the Devils, I believe that we can eliminate them."
It would take some time to actually train four selected Devils to wear power armor. Possibly a week. And that would also give time for them to learn how to use energy weapons. This was Earl's only shot. If he was wise, he'd take it. Daniel stayed glued to the chair, knowing what would happen if he stood. The woman's gun was the fabled Ranger Sequoia. She was NCR, the enemy. The gun itself chambered .45-70 Gov't rounds, capable of piercing power armor, if shot enough. The man's gun was a .357 Revolver, like Earls. It would pack a punch against unarmored combatants, but it indeed would take many shots to go through power armor. It didn't matter, his helmet was off.

Earl took a deep breath, for a moment, it appeared as if he was about to turn on Bullseye the minute the man placed his hand on Earls revolver. Then, Cat placed a hand on his shoulder, causing Earl to jerk in surprise. There was something about the look that she had just given him that made him calm down enough to place his revolver back into the holster at his side, the big irons weight a comfort. He nodded back, straightened his hat, and then walked behind the other two, not trusting himself to stay calm with Daniel for long without a wall of people in-between them. As Daniel outlaid his plans, Earl sucked in a breath of air and replied.
"That won't work. It'd take too long to train a bunch of men who aren't even soldiers how to wear experimental armor that you yourself were raised to use. That time will allow the enemy to dig in to a point where we can't be effective. No. If we're going to fight the Enclave, we're going to have to do it with what we have. If we try moving them from their position with all those advanced weapons dug into place, where they can bring in reinforcements and win the support of the other columns, we're dead. We'd have an army that is possibly one thousand men to deal with." He crossed his arms over his chest, leaning against the wall.
"The better plan is to drag them out of town with a bait. Something they know they can't resist. That they -have- to go for. They trust you, right? Bring them to the bunker. We'll set up around there with speed shooters and rifles, and wait for them. Tell them you're bringing them to the power armor. They won't be able to resist that, now will they? The Lieutenant might not send all his men, but he'll send enough to make sure it gets to him safe and sound. We wipe them out, a portion of his men are dead right there. Take the uniforms, sneak men into town, kill the Lieutenant and his officers. Then it's just a mop up operation."
Earl removed a cigarette and popped it into his mouth, lighting it up and pulling his hat down. He rolled the cigarette to the side of his mouth and spoke again, "We do that quickly enough, we'll catch 'em by surprise. Then we can just chase them into the hills. And I know these hills like the back of my hand. All the back roads. All the caves. All the trails. Every piece of cover and every nook and cranny. They'll die like dogs for their 'Enclave'. We'll lose men, but we'll lose less than if we wait for them to dig in and get their forces together."
He then just focused on his lit cigarette for a bit, already planning things out in his head. The man had a talent for this sort of thing, surprising for a farmer. Had he been born a few years later, the NCR's life would've been a lot easier, and they might have had a new member for their Scouts. But, Ka had made him born in time to fight the NCR, and fight him he had. There was no guarantee that he'd -stop- fighting after this, but that was for another day to worry about. Earl currently was just propped against the wall, sole of one foot pressed against it, back resting against it.

The tension was palpable, and Bullseye was worried he'd need to shoot Earl until Cat placed a hand on the rebel's shoulder and the situation seemed to diffuse itself. Bullseye was skeptical of anything Daniel said, even if the Enclave hadn't tried coming down to clear them out. Yet. It was possible they just sent him down to see if they were still there. Perhaps none of them knew about the other entrance, and they still had a watch on the manhole by the cemetery. But then again, Bullseye felt that maybe he was just too distrustful. It seemed to come with how dishonest he'd been himself.
Bullseye stepped back and leaned against the wall, keeping his gun ready to aim and fire. He'd done his part, and Earl and Daniel were talking about plans now. He wasn't very happy with either of them. Both of them relied on them trusting Daniel. And that was something he wasn't quite ready to do yet. Bullseye wasn't even sure that he could trust Earl yet, as vengeful as the man was. It had seemed like a good idea at first, but anger did strange things to the mind, and Bullseye had needed to reexamine his opinion on how trustworthy Earl was.
“That's a good a plan as any I guess Earl. . . though. . . I think we ough't move a bit fast'r n' that. A long time 'for the NCR'll show up. That trooper though. . . How many'd he say were up there? Least ten? I be frank with ya, I don't trust Daniel far as I can throw him n' that armor o' his. I'ma need some proof 'fore it sit right with me to follow him anywhere.”
Bullseye looked at Daniel with an acid smile, fingering his revolver. “How's about it. I say he goes back in'ta town. Lure's a few o'em over here. Soon as it start's getting' dark. Then we go in at night, kill the rest of 'em while we got the benefit o'night. I'm sure Daniel ain't gonna have to much trouble with their bullets, wearin' his fancy armor. If they ain't got much more then ten. And ya' know, he could find out how many there are while he's back in town.”
And if he didn't Bullseye would have an excuse to kill the traitor. Or at least, Earl would. He wouldn't rob the rebel of his vengeance, if it came to that. It was an easier way to prove Daniel's loyalty then following him blindly to what could be a trap. A trap Bullseye would not walk into willingly.

He nodded back, straightened his hat, and then walked behind the other two, not trusting himself to stay calm with Daniel for long without a wall of people in-between them. As Daniel outlaid his plans, Earl sucked in a breath of air and explained why this job needed to be done as soon as possible.
He crossed his arms over his chest, leaning against the wall. The rebel then went on, proposing that they entice some of the soldiers with rumors of power armor only to execute them when they arrived in the bunker or wherever they chose to ambush them. Cat like the idea, and pictured herself and her companions gunning down confused minions of evil. Donning the uniforms of the Enclave soldiers was a different story, however. The woman didn't know much about the Enclave, but she suspected that they weren't many females in their ranks. She would stick out, especially if the unit in Tull had no blonde female members. That problem aside, the idea was pretty solid in Cat's eyes. Limited casualties, assuming Earl could rally any surviving locals. Catherine didn't get her hopes up. She was not expecting any help or any support. It was the three of them. And yet it could work if all three of them were focused enough.
“That's a good a plan as any I guess Earl. . . though. . . I think we ough't move a bit fast'r n' that. A long time 'for the NCR'll show up. That trooper though. . . How many'd he say were up there? Catherine glanced at the two mean leaning against the wall of the radio bunker before returning her gaze to Daniel. Both of them were battle-smart, and she liked that. She herself was not much of a tactician, and was relieved that her companions had picked up the slack there. One her own, Cat Fyre could pull off a significant number of stunts and ambushes. In a group, though, Cat had no experience. She holstered Rico's .44 Sequoia after pulling Vigo's .44 Sequoia with her right hand. As she held the big iron on Daniel, Catherine licked her dry lips and spoke.
"You herd tha boys. Head back tah town and bring a few of yer brothers here. Show us how loyal yah are to yer best friend here." Catherine stepped back from Daniel, positioning herself near the middle of the room. She pulled back the hand cannon's hammer just in case Daniel tried something stupid while retrieving his laser rifle.

All of these plans were remarkably efficient, and would work well in almost every case, but not this one. The Lieutenant would be expecting Daniel to be back with the Devils, as ordered, but he could not do that. As soon as he walks into there without them, he'd be shot dead, and even Daniel couldn't take them all down in a fair fight.
"There's a problem. The Lieutenant would be expecting me back with the Devils. The second I go in without them, I'd be killed. I say we go back to the bunker and give them a crash course in energy weapons, and we charge in to do our best. If this is to end in fire, then we will all burn together."
