James nodded at the woman, and offered to escort her around the ship.
"Since I'm always ready, do you need help in your preparations? We could talk more privately on the matter of Vaults."
He watched her hug the woman nearby, and wondered who she was in relation.

Kirra was frozen in embarrassment, shocked that Victoria had so bluntly ran up to her and hugged her. "We-well, umm, you see, I was, ummm, traveling and stuff." She stumbled with her words, unsure what to say. She then noticed that a few of the people Victoria was talking with were now staring at her. She turned a deeper shade of red.
She politely tried to get Victoria off her, "Hey Vicky, could you, maybe, please not do this in public? People are starting to stare" She asked. Although on the inside, she was crying from happiness that Victoria still remembered her.
(Okay, so it's been 4 days since Endi was suppose to post, and by the rules of the forum, we are allowed to continue. This may be problematic for a few of the other people, but please try to understand. Thanks.)

The man had busied himself while waiting for the mercenaries to arrive. The Brotherhood has seemingly repaired the audio speaker system in the metro a few months ago, although they had abandoned this one. The man, driven by boredom and curiousity, approached the announcers desk and begin speaking into the metro-wide audio system.
"Testing, testing, one two three."
The audio feedback from within the office was deafening; most likely why this was abandoned.
"Gah! Christ!"
The words echoed loudly and the man left the announcers desk and moved on. He was using his golf club like a cane when he walked, not out of disability but of narcissism. In the murky blackness he waited in the tunnel, looking at the two clueless mercenaries calling out. After a moment of silent laughter, he emerged from the darkness and grinned the grin of a dark businessman.
"Gentlemen."
He paused, thinking of the right wording and the right tactic. He knelt down and pulled out a hefty bag of caps from within it, smiling as he did so.
"I require your assistance in reclaiming some... territory. You get 1000 now, and 2000 when the job is done."
The man took out a few more empty bags and filled them with just around 1000 caps, tossing a bag to each of the men. He quickly placed the rest back in the bag and zipped it shut afterwards.
"Prepare yourselves for a battle and meet me two miles North East of here when you're done. And when I say prepare, I mean it... you'll need all the supplies you can get."
With that final note, he left the metro through the gates and hurriedly began walking to the entrance of Vault 115...

Sander was all ready to talk business when another young woman walked up and gave the first a hug - assumed they were friends, gave a little shrug. Suddenly he wasn't so confident about getting right down to business, but he could bear to stick around a little while. Worst case, he'd run over to Anacostia Whatever-it-was-called real quick and hope he wasn't too late.
"I'll stick around too, if you don't mind. Got nothin' better to do, anyway." He hadn't really bothered putting any of his things down, so he - like the rather hulking, armored figure next to him - was also ready to go at the drop of a pin. As long as he got to do something other than listen to obnoxious traders yammer on and on today, Sander would be satisfied.

Jack stood, staring at the bag in his hand. If he was careful, didn't gamble and spend too much time in bars, he could easily live off of 3000 caps for a few months. Hell to the weirdness, this sort of money allowed Jack to be more accepting of his employer's...eccentricities. He was stinking rich after all. Jack nodded to the other Merc, then left the station, heading back to Rivet City.
He only made one stop; Flak and Shrapnel's, where he stocked up on frag grenades and purchased some extra ammo for his rifle. When he had re-crossed the bridge to Rivet City the fifth time that day, he made a few mental compass references, then set off towards the meet-up point.

"A 'battle'." Jason repeated the words. The other merc had turned back to Rivet City to restock his inventory. Jason decided this would be the smart thing to do. Jason left the station and went to the Rivet City market. He had his leather armor repaired as well as more ammunition for his weaponry.
Jason decided to stop for a beer. He got his beer and started to walk across the Rivet City bridge heading for this meeting point they spoke of. It could be an ambush you dumbass, he told himself. Then why didn't they kill us in the train station? He argued to himself.

Victoria stepped back a little, slightly embarrassed herself. "Sorry, hehe, I was just excited to see you." She said as her cheeks turned crimson. She turned her head, looking to the group of eager mercenaries. "Could we just meet back here in half an hour?" She called out to them.
She turned back to Kirra. "Do you wanna, I don't know, go back to my room or something? We should really catch up, it has been a while."

Kirra looked at Vicky for a moment, still processing what she just heard. She then tried to form some kind of reply, stumbling over her words. "Um, yeah sure. That would be great." She blurted out, then tilted her head slightly. "But um, aren't your friends going to be missing you?" Victoria explained to her that she just told them to meet back in half an hour. Kirra nodded. "Okay, just let me stop by my room first, i need to put away a few things."
While on the walk back to her room, through the dull grey walls of Rivet City, all kinds of different thoughts were running through her head. 'Did she just invite over? To her place?' One voice seemed to say, while another argued 'Duh! You're friends, of course she didn't mean it the way you're thinking.' Kirra nearly tripped walking into her room. Damn those doors were annoying. She put down her backpack and stripped off her armour, slipping into more casual attire of ripped jeans and a dirty blue t-shirt. She then flopped onto the bed.
The voices in her head wouldn't shut up just quite yet. 'Just because you think it won't happen, doesn't mean it won't.' One said, while the other simply replied 'She's a machine, of course it won't.' And with that, the realization hit her, she's an android, she shouldn't have voices in her head. And just like that, they were gone. She quickly sprayed a bit of water on her face, then was off to visit her old friend.
Kirra stood outside the door of her friends room, then knocked on the door politely. "Umm, hey, i'm back."

Sander simply offered a nod as the sciency-looking girl just asked if they could meet up again later. He didn't mind waiting; he'd already committed to helping out this girl after a fashion, even if he didn't know her name. Pay wasn't quite so important as just getting out of the rather claustrophobic derelict he currently found himself in, and while money was nice--and it was nicer to get paid for work--sometimes Sander was just in for his mind's sake. Today felt like one of those days all of a sudden, but maybe he was just feeling accommodating for a young lass.
But, in the meantime, he supposed as he walked off, he might as well find a way to kill some time. Cleaning his weapons was usually good for half an hour or so, but he'd done that just a day or two ago and hadn't fired more than a few rounds. The bar, then, perhaps? Little beer never hurt anyone. Liquid courage, he'd heard it called once. Good for the nerves, good for the wits, good for the old voice box. Yeah, maybe that was a decent idea. He turned on his heel and headed that way, winding in his own relaxed way towards the Muddy Rudder.
A good five minutes later, he took a seat at the bar. Sander raised a few fingers to get the bartender's attention, noting again that his cuticles needed attention. Maybe he'd take care of those later. "Cheapest shit y'got," he uttered when the man was within earshot. It wasn't often he came here for an alcoholic drink, but Sander usually got the same thing when he did. That was frequent enough, he noted, that the barman already had a bottle in his hand. The mercenary, for his part, slid a trio of bottlecaps over the table as the other man began pouring.
"It's gonna be five."
"What's'at?" Sander replied, almost surprised. A cheap glass of booze had never been particularly expensive here.
"Been having trouble coming by this stuff lately. Gotta hike up prices a little bit. It's gonna be five."
Sander sighed dejectedly as he dropped another pair of caps on the counter. That was enough to mess up your day, right there - coming in and buying your usual for almost twice the price. Oh, well. A drink was a drink, and Sander raised the glass to examine it briefly before taking a swig.
He almost choked. This whole 'liquid courage' thing was hard to stomach.

Jack was standing stock still on the road just outside of Rivet City. He had just been smacked in the face by a wave of unease. That creep in the vault suit had given him literally nothing in the way of information. That's breaking rule one of merc business; no info, no muscle. Marching stupidly into the unknown was how Jack had lost his arm. He had promised himself long ago never to get jumped like that again.
Making up his mind, Jack turned right around and stomped his way back up the stairs to Rivet City. The security guards gave him weird looks, seeing as he had been going to and fro form Rivet City all afternoon. Jack chose to tactically ignore it, and made his way to the Muddy Rudder. He was a little disappointed when he didn't see the girl from earlier, but was able to spot one of the other mercenaries. Jack smirked when the man spluttered on whatever he was drinking. Jack sat down next to him.
"Can't hold your liquor pal? Here, I'll show ya." Jack ordered whatever it was the guy had been drinking, and threw his head back, drinking deeply straight from the bottle. To be fair, this shit was pretty damn strong, but Jack had been drinking fairly heavily for years, it was nothing he couldn't handle. He smacked the bottle back down on the bar, sighing with audible pleasure.
"Say buddy, you know where that scientist chick went? Reckon I'll sign up wi' her. Money or no, that guy freaked me the fuck out"

The two mile stretch passed by quickly and young Jason Ryder had found himself at the discussed meeting point. He looked around and noticed no one was there. "Of course, I'm the only dumbass that bothers to show up." Hey says quietly to himself. He scoped out the location, looking for any vantage points in which an enemy or a group of enemies could get the drop on him.
After a few minutes of dull silence he'd decided to wait a few minutes more before making the walk back to Rivet City. I should've got in bed with that scientist and not this fucking creepy psycho, he contemplated to himself. Although he realized it was probably too late to change direction in his quest. If this guy didn't show up though he was heading back to Rivet City to get drunk like he planned too.
At this point the silence was making him uneasy, it was deafening. There was a prolonged feeling that somehow he was being watched from somewhere. Jason healed his gun at the ready for anything to happen.
Finally, after Jason's patience had waned, he got up and started his walk back to Rivet City.

[Reposting this because I realised I had skipped SCG, just to make it less confusing]
Victoria headed back to her room, taking off her shoes and clothes. She wouldn't be going to the lab today, it seemed, so she decided she'd pick out some more casual clothing. She riffled through her cupboard, picking a blue sundress. She went through some of her drawers, finding a book she had been reading. She got comfortable on her bed, finding the page she was up to and beginning to read.
She finished her chapter, resting the book onto her nightstand. She sighed, not knowing what to do until Kirra came around. She checked the clock. It had only been around five minutes, although it seemed like more time had passed. She picked herself up from her bed, slipped on her shoes, and quickly walked out the door. She thought it'd be best to tell the Lab she'd be busy for a while. She entered the lab, going straight for Pinkerton. She was happy to see that the scientists were all up by now, at least. "Hey, Mr. Pinkerton," She called him over and continued. "You know those Vault papers we've been working on? I've managed to convince a few people to help me get research results, so I won't be able to come in for the next few days." She explained, somewhat excited about the whole situation. Pinkerton nodded to her and continued worked. Victoria gave him a smile and left, exchanging goodbyes to some of the scientists.
Victoria reached her door, to find Kirra knocking on it eagerly. "Oh, hey!" She called out, still a few metres away form her door. She reached Kirra, giving her an excited smile. "Sorry, I was just quickly taking care of something." She unlocked the door, letting Kirra go in first.

Seconds after Kirra knocked on the door, she discovered that Victoria was not in-fact in her room, but a few meters behind her. "Oh hey!" Victoria called out, and Kirra turned around in surprise. "Sorry, I was just taking care of something." Kirra blinked a few times then recomposed herself. "Hey, that's alright, i only just got here anyway. She smiled and asked "Just checking in on the lab?" Victoria nodded then opened the door of her room, letting Kirra go in first.
Kirra looked around the room, it was a pretty simple Rivet City setup, a queen-sized bed, a few cupboards and drawers, a filing cabinet in the corner with a desk and a workstation, as well as a few personal things. Victoria's lab coat and a few other items of clothing were in a messy pile on the floor. A cute little teddy bear lay in the middle of the bed, while a book was on top of the nightstand, along with a small case for spare Victoria's spare glasses. A few stray research papers were strewn over the the desk, beside the neatly stacked ones. The room was brightly lit, and had not a speck of dust within it, unlike Kirra's own room, which she barely used at all.
Foremost in Kirra's mind were memories from her childhood, playing with Victoria within the walls of the city. She finished looking around the room, taking a seat on one of the two chairs around a coffee table, she looked at her old friend. "It's been so long hasn't it? Since we used to play together." A tear was forming in the corner of her eye, it hadn't just been long, it had been almost 6 years. She took a deep breath, wiping her face and smiling. "So how have you been these past few years? You look different, but i see you certainly haven't gotten any taller." She laughed at that, it was somewhat true, but her friends size had never really mattered before anyway.
