Character Name: Addison Michael Endicott (Anglicised form of Eddison Mikhael Endikot)
Nickname(s): Overseer Endicott, Mike
Race: Human
Sex: Male
Age: 47
Birthplace: Vault 115, East of Washington D.C. (two miles away from Rivet City)
Height: 6'3
Weight: 210lb
Eye Color: Baby Blue
Hair Color: Chrome Black
Hair Style: Neat and Tidy, Slicked Back
Facial Hair: Small, Neatly-Trimmed Moustache
Skin Color: Pale
Build: Endicott has a higher musclemass than the average survivor and his body appears to be well maintained from all the years spent in the Vault
Distinguishing Features:
Endicott has a slight benign trembling disorder, and thus seems to be paranoid and fearful all the time in the eyes of travelers and wanderers. A costly mistake...
Endicott is well-spoken for a wanderer of the wasteland. More articulate speech often leads to confusion and bitterness among less-educated people, leading to the perception that he is arrogant.
Sometimes, Endicott seems to lose his adopted American accent and switch to an almost Eastern European, Russian accent. Some barely notice, but those that do make some odd assumptions about him....
Profession: Overseer of Vault 115 (formerly), Con-Artist, Political Philosopher
Skills:
Unarmed/Hand-to-hand, moderate
Speech, masterful
Guns, moderate
Melee Weapons, moderate
Speaking Russian, basic
Training:
Endicott spent many an evening punching the shit out of a boxing bag. With all the stress he took on-board, you would too. Over time, he learned how control his punches and how to conserve his energy when in hand-to-hand combat.
Seen by his party as a political god, Endicott has always had a natural talent for convincing or persuading others. Something about his transatlantic 40's voice and his perfect-white smile combined with his way with words made him an excellent political speaker. After dabbling in politics ever since he could read, he has learned all there is to talking the talk.
Life on the outside wasn't as sheltered. Endicott had to learn fast when it came to using a gun. Ever since he first encountered a raider, he had been using his N99 to blow the brains out of myriads of creatures. After a couple of years, he wasn't a bad shot.
When you just left a vault, any weapon is good. Even a 9 Iron. Endicott has been swinging his golf club around at anything that moves ever since he left, and he's been getting good. He knows where to swing it and how to, but he isn't the master of melee just yet.
Born to a Russian father and an American mother, he was taught a little Russian during his childhood. He is in no way experienced with the language, as it never served any use since everyone he knew spoke American English.
Other Abilities: Charismatic in a dark, morbid but pleasant way. When speaking his mind, a crowd sometimes gathers.
Apparel: Endicott sports two different sets of attire. The one he isn't currently wearing is carried in his Sports Bag.
1. A beige, golden-yellow business jacket and trousers, with a pair of dirtied, black loafers. Beneath this, he sometimes wears his old Vault suit if it is cold.
2. His Vault 115 Suit with the sleeves rolled up to expose his forearms, covered in blood and dirtied incredibly. It has several patches of leather or metal where sections of it are torn. With this, he always wears his standard Dark Brown Vault-Tec Boots.
Weaponry:
Unique 9 Iron, "Obey!" (aside from the leather handle, the golf club is made of Titanium Steel)
Unique N99 10mm Pistol, "Choose..." (modified to have a faster rate of fire and to hold more firepower, however as a result of this the recoil is higher)
Other Equipment: 10mm Ammo(40), Blue Sports Bag(1), Several Tins of Pork n' Beans(8), Purified Water(4), Scotch(1)
Affiliation: Vault 115 (formerly), People who manage to remain wealthy even in the wasteland
Religious Belief: Atheism
Sexual Preference: Heterosexual
Relationship Status: Single
Personality: Endicott has changed ever since Vault 115. A pessimist and a cynic, his belief in humanity ever continuing is dead. He can be manipulative and cold, but inside he retains his tact and restraint... for now. His worst attribute is his pride, as it has often lead to hotheadedness. He is, strangely, a forgiving man, but he can never forgive a person twice.

1917 - The Bolshevik Revolution occurs in Russia. Stanislav Endikot, a wealthy businessman at the time, moves to America within a week of the revolution.
1930 - With the American economy slowly crumbling, Endikot Steelware Industries barely survives. Once the economy restabilises, the company's profits raise and they continue to grow over the next century.
2073 - The new patriarch of the family, Josef, sells the company out in order to prepare for the coming nuclear war. He and his family make reservations in several different vaults.
2077 - The great war; humanity finally destroys itself.
2236 - Eddison Mikael Endikot is born to Vladimir Endikot and Natasha Endikota in Vault 115. He stays with his parents in the Right Wing Quarters.
2248 - Propagated by his parents and peers, he becomes a firm capitalist and adopts an American nationalism. He anglicises his name, to the dismay of his parents, and begins reading into politics. Even at this age, he is more politically aware than most children.
2254 - He drops most areas of his education aside from history and politics. He excels in public speaking and his political knowledge excels even that of his teacher. He drops this too, beginning to teach himself for the next few years.
2260 - Endicott, although a deeply involved and dedicated member of the party, refrains from standing up as a candidate just yet. He, instead, takes over as the political teacher, propagating and brainwashing the children to be nationalist, capitalist and to be authoritarian. He does this for the next 11 years.
2271 - Endicott is nominated to take Smithson's mantle and represent the Right Wing party. His political opposite, Sophia Ryan, lead the Left Wing party. She was the first communist to represent the left wing party, as opposed to just socialist. Endicott wins the election with the percentage of votes for him being just over 50%. A recession takes effect in the Vault, with many jobs becoming increasing useless due to advanced technology. This forced many to become laborers and workmen... poor workmen. Endicott's term is extended to six years, as the economic status of the Vault is too fragile to be holding an election at the time.
2277 - After Endicott's extended six year term and the economic restabilisation, the next election occurs. The workers of the Vault now represent half of the citizens, and Sophia Ryan wins the election. Endicott gives his final speech on the 21st of March, 2277 (see "Vault 115" to read it). Within a year, the gradual change from a land of freedom and prosperity to an oversecure, hellish Orwellian nightmare is obvious. This continues up until 2281, getting worser still. No privacy is evident anymore; protectrons are in every room, fitted with cameras and sensitive microphones. Endicott plans his next moves carefully, attemtping to catch the eye of Ryan by seeming to change his political view. He moves to the Left Wing quarters and begins reading Communist propaganda such as the Communist Manifesto. Inside, he is appalled with what he is reading... but on the outside, he tries to appear impressed and willing to change. Ryan invites him to her office one evening to discuss this change with him, still slightly suspicious of him but rather open. He enters the office, looking around the room for security measures in place. One protectron. He stood in the doorway until she invited him in. On his way to the chair opposite her desk, he moved quickly and dived over it towards her. They struggled on the floor for a while, the cold metal floor. The protectron tried to appropriately aim at Endicott, but missed and hit several areas around him and her. He squeezed her throat with the inner-side of his elbow, shouting and screaming "Give me the key!". She reluctantly opened the top drawer of her desk and Endicott grabbed the keycard, running down the hall. He dodged several protectrons and a Misty Gutsy and made it towards the exit tunnel. He inserted the keycard into the door. It opened slowly, and he ran through it. Down a dark, metal tunnel he ran. He reached the entrance to the Vault, activating the console and opening the huge, metal door. Once it opened, he used the myriad of steam gauge assembly pipes laying around on tables nearby to destroy the buttons on the inside console, running through the door afterwards. He closed it via the outside console, sealing shut the Vault forever. Once he left through the cave, he saw a golf club sticking out of the ground nearby. Using his honed strength, he saw to it to remove it from it's earthly clutches and began to wander east, to where he believed Washington D.C. to be.
2282 - Endicott had made it to Rivet City after fighting through various raiders and mutated animals with his now bent golf club. A gun caught his eye at Flak n/ Shrapnel's Gun Store. It was an old, early model of the N99 10mm Pistol. It was cheap... only 115 caps (which seemed to remind him of the vault and the anger he felt towards it). Seemed that they wanted it gone. He exchanged some of his medical supplies that he had taken from the raiders for the pistol. He smiled when he had purchased it, safe in knowing a part of him would always be devoted to it. In the later months of the year, he makes a trip to the Super Duper Mart and fends off some of the surviving raiders there. Taking a sports bag and some food and water, he left to wander once more, back to Rivet City or maybe to Megaton....
