Many believe hunter to be a rumour, a person long dead or a story made up by the government to scare criminals.
The story goes, a young man that wears a bandana soaked in his enemy’s blood stalks the NCR territory, he wields a curved blade that is so sharp it can slice through power armour, and so fast he can block a laser blast. This young man brings justice to all those that pray on the weak, and the poor.
Of course, Hunter can’t slice through power armour, and that one time with the laser pistol was pure luck. What is true is that he claims to be the last surviving samurai, and that he will kill anyone he deems as evil in a heartbeat.
He was travelling along a road one day, when he came across a caravan that had stopped for the night. He recognised the men from descriptions he’d heard, Duke and Albert of Royal Duke Limited.
From the rumour, they also seemed to be good people, and when Hunter sat and talked with them, he confirmed this. He offered his services, thinking he could help people get much needed supplies, and kill evil-doers along the way.
