Profession:Knight Sergeant in the Brotherhood of Steel.

Skills: Alec is a survivor, a toughened soldier who has a firm grasp of battlefield tactics and strategies. Alec, until very recently, commanded a squad of seven other Brotherhood soldiers, he is well versed in small unit strikes. Like many of his fellow wastlanders, Alec is adept at using the resources around him to stay alive.

Training: Advanced training in urban and rural survival as well as imrpovised shelters and explosives in addition to basic military training and experience accrued over a decade of service.

Apparel:T-45d suit of power armor.Though his armor is scarred and pitted from many years of soldiering by him and the many who bore this suit into battle before him, it still functions flawlessly and offers wonderful protection from all but the most scathing of attacks.

Weaponry:Alec carries a stripped down assault rifle modified to have a shorter barrel with a folding skeletal stock, making this an ideal gun for tight spaces. In addition to his rifle Alec carries a semi-automatic 9mm handgun with several extra magazines on his web pistol belt. A four-inch knife with a tanto style blade, hangs secured in its sheath, on one shoulder pauldron of his armor.

History
Alec was born to a Scribe mother and a Paladin father, and grew up in the ruins of DC. He began training just like any other initiate, long grueling hours of close order drill and hand to hand combat training with plenty of shooting practice and live fire drills.
However, as he easily bested all of these trials, he was placed along with the best and brightest initiates in an advanced class that taught wasteland survival through use of random materials found around one's self. He became adept at this as well and excelled at making makeshift shelters and explosives.
His teacher, Scribe Messemer, made Alec his assistant. When the Scribe went into the field to search for items of value to the students, Alec would protect the man and gain valuable wasteland experience in the process.
On a day that Alec has long since forgotten the date of, over a decade ago, he and his teacher were ambushed by raiders. the two lightly armed and armored Brotherhood members hardly proved a match for the raiders who beat Messemer to death on the hood of an ancient burnt out car. Alec was subjected to a harsh beating which he survived and managed to escape from.
The raiders pursued, but soon lost heart when members of their party began dying due to Alec's improvised traps. Alec managed to retrieve the body of his teacher and upon arrival at the Citadel a week later, was promoted to Knight Sergeant and given the position of Urban and Rural Survival Instructor that the late Messemer had held.
Vasmith held this position for several years until Star Paladin Lacriox took note of the Sergeant and made him his personal aide-de-camp and reassigned the Knight Sergeant to his own command.
Lacriox now uses Alec for reconnaissance and to appropriate items of interest or value (which are usually one in the same) for the Brotherhood due to his extensive survival skills and knowledge of the areas around DC.
