Mengele

Okay, my issue with Mengele is that he's very OP. I like the character, but he needs to be dialed back a notch or two.

I'm going to leave the Institute part of his profile to the official mods, because I am not familiar with their standards and guidelines involving the Institute. I say that in light of the Institute being the pinnacle of Fallout canon mysteries. Not much is known about the Institute, but we do know that extremely few people from the place are found in Fallout, we are led to believe that the place is extremely secluded and seldom do people leave. I'll let one of the mods touch on that part


His is a master of various scientific and medical fields, skilled in various different languages, has been trained extensively in advanced weapons, great in close combat, capable of taking on high level mercenary teams with ease, excellent speech skill / mastery of wording, Agile and Fast, immunity to sickness and resistance to radiation, various implants granting him the edge over any opponents...

All this accompanied with high-end medium-weight armor, a Proton War Axe, ( ridiculously powerful and known only to exist in the Big MT. ), a Gauss Pistol, ( how did they take a design as large as the Gauss rifle and make it anywhere close to the same effectiveness as the rifle in such a tiny package?), and a jury-rigged Gauss rifle that is somewhere between 600 or 800% better on ammunition consumption that the original, but still is just as effective? That would be equivalent to a top-level unique weapons better than most unique weapons in Fallout alone.


So it's a brilliant man whos highly trained and physically advanced walking around armed and geared to the teeth with cutting edge and very elite technology, with really no weaknesses. ( Besides being kinda crazy. ) Just an overview here. Try to edit so that Mengele is less OP. If his main role is a crazy doctor, make him a crazy doctor. if his main role is a badass soldier, make him a badass soldier.

But he can't be this powerful and this gifted.
