Personality:Victor is incredibly suave, he is also very arrogant, and enjoys mocking others. He is very prideful, and though he will take orders, he won’t do it without a great deal of complaining. He is professional, and polite to those he respects. He has relatively good relationships with the other Agents, though he only sees Agent 4 on a regular basis. He and Agent 1 have never gotten on well, and they generally have bad arguments whenever they have to work together.
Agent 2’s upbringing was very different from the others. Instead of Artemis simply showing positive or negative feelings towards him, Artemis was very hard on him in front of the other children, constantly criticising him, his form and his combat abilities. Agent 2 had taken to using two Chinese officers swords Artemis had picked up during a trip east instead of the combat knives the others used.
However much Artemis chastised Agent 2 during the day, at night he would give Agent 2 extra lessons, making him better than all the others. Artemis told Agent 2 that he was his favourite, but he couldn’t show this in front of the other children. This, as well as the fact he was now far better at fighting than the others, aside from the psychopathic Agent 4. A fairly innocent sibling rivalry began between himself and Agent 1, which over the years became more and more violent, and after a particularly bad argument, they didn’t talk to each other again until they met in Vegas.
During the time Artemis was sending the Agents out on jobs, Agent 2 spent his share of the money on piano lessons and music books. He was lucky enough to meet an old ghoul that had learnt to play before the war, and Artemis had bought a piano from a very old and very rich friend to let him practice. He had always liked music, but not the jaunty, lively rubbish he heard on the radio, he preferred much finer music. The sort of thing that would have been played in the really expensive cocktail lounges of the 50’s. He was also a naturally talented singer, and would play and sing for his brothers and sisters to entertain them.
When he was sent to the Mojave by his father, he didn’t waste a second escaping the sweltering death-trap of the desert, to find himself in The Strip. He gained the money by doing a little singing, and a lot of hired killing. It was love at first sight. Just like his home New Reno...only cleaner. He almost cried with joy the first time he entered the Ultra Luxe, it was sophisticated, gentlemanly, yes the masks were a bit weird but it was something he could get over.
He asked for a job as soon as he could, and luckily he was able to get a job as an entertainer; playing and singing in the Ultra Luxe’s famous restaurant, the Gourmont. Although he is officially a member of the White Glove Society, he does not wear a mask so he can sing properly.
Although he deeply loves and respects his father, he refuses to any job outside of the Strip, because people are idiotic and smelly.
