Personality: Bradshaw-Williamson is an interesting person, seemingly hot-headed and gung-ho on the battlefield and around others but lacking confidence when alone or not with any militaristic individuals. Battle scarred, both mentally and physically, he has developed some slightly sociopathic, megalomaniacal tendancies in the field and outside of it, but his lack of confidence is usually enough to undermine these. Born in a settlement on Earth in Texas, Jake grew up in a militaristic, progress-driven environment. Both of his parents were UNSC soldiers and were hard on him even from an early age. This paid of, and helped him excel both mentally and physically. At the age of 6, he was offered a place in the latest SPARTAN program (SPARTAN V) and both his parents and him agreed to this.

Throughout the years of rigorous but rewarding training, he stood out and achieved scores above the normal level for a SPARTAN trainee. Over the years, he also managed to make friends amongst fellow trainees but was more focused on his career path than his social life. With excellent cognitive abilities, originally he was put on the path of a marksman, but eventually settled for the Assault and CQB/CQC path after it seemed that this would suit him better due to his heightened strength and reflexes.

The training didn't get easier, and Jake was sent out on several training missions in his late teens and tested with a particularly unfriendly A.I. called "Sarge". The A.I. was always hard on Jake, but due to his compliance and excellence in the programme, they eventually made a small friendship after a while (although this wasn't a substitute for any real friends). The A.I. was a good way to keep him in line and to keep him mentally and physically stable, so it became his permanent A.I. on subsequent missions.

Once his training was complete, he was assigned to UNSC Harsh Winter pending the end of it's construction (which was estimated to be four years later). After several highly successful missions during the four years that followed, he was to Staff Sergeant once the construction was complete, and spent the next two months aboard the ship. He is currently pending any assignment but serves as an Assault and CQC expert on-board the ship who offers training and support.
