Check out the lore guides for the three main roleplays we support (Halo, Fallout, and Elder Scrolls.) they're quite extensive and contain information you'll find useful.

And lastly, you require 2 staff approvals on any character you make before you can use them in an rp.

I'm a bit new, but I would say the west is the most populated in fallout. As for elder scrolls I haven't seen much activity so I'm not sure.

    *chuckle* We're quite a motley crew. These guys seem to have given you the basics. As for the most populated areas in Fallout, Kaiden is correct. West Coast is most active at the moment, but there is activity and approved characters waiting for all regions of Fallout. Don't be afraid to go East Coast!

    As for Elder Scrolls, I can't say. ( I don't RP in ES, unfortunately. ) I know Dawg and Immortal ( both admins, ) are very involved in the ES section, and I'm sure there are a few more as well. Try looking over the ES threads to see who plays the ES Theme, then PM them if you have any questions, or try to catch them in the chatbox to your left.
