History: Alexis was born in Freeside to a very poor family, her father gambled away most of his meager salary earned by working as a Mercenary guide through Freeside, Her Mother was a kind woman, but eventually, her mother was forced to become a prostitute just to buy the family food, Alexis learned to read from the Kind members of The Followers of the Apocalypse. Eventually her Father was killed by The Kings for trying to cut in on their business, afterwards, Alexis's mother abandoned her at the gates of Old Mormon Fort, She was allowed to stay there by the followers. On her 17th birthday, Alexis went to the Atomic Wrangler and won enough caps to enter New Vegas, Once inside she explored a bit and ended up winning another thousand caps, She later ended up spending exorbitant amounts of money to stay in the hotels on the strip, Alexis was looking for a new adventure in her life, so she went to the back of The Strip and entering the NCR embassy. She joined up and was shipped out for training,
During training, Alexis was found by her Training Officers to have great accuracy with a sniper rifle, She was allowed to spend the remainder of her tme in training with a sniper rifle as well as learning to be stealthy. After training she was sent to camp mccarran, While there, she was given a DKS-501 Sniper Rifle by her Commanding Officer to give her a smaller rifle as she was having trouble with the length of the standard NCR sniper rifle, she was much more efficient with the smaller, lighter model. Later on, she ended up winning one of her squad-mates hand-made switchblade off of him in a game of caravan. Alexis has quite a rivalry with one of her squad mates, and typically if they are not on mission or sleeping, can be found behind the terminal trying to out do each other with difficult trick-shots, typically they end up just matching each other shot for shot until it is time to eat, or time for lights out.

Well, you need to use the template's code and graphics. And I'd strongly recommend not using the Anti-Materiel Rifle, simply because it's incredibly powerful, the recoil is terrible and it's generally OP. Using the regularly DKS-501 would be my tip, but I'm not a moderator, so anything I say means nothing.

Endi, please do not post on other members' character submissions.
Endicott is correct, you will need to use the Fallout Character Template coding for your character's profile. Just click the link I've provided, scroll down to the part of Immortal's post where he has given us the code, then copy and paste it into your profile. Insert your character's stats to the correct areas, filling in the parts you don't have yet, and you're ready to go!
Also, I'll save the fine comb until you get your submissions formatted but your weapon selection will need edited. Lugging around and .50 cal anti-material rifle with ammunition, an assault rifle with ammunition, and a .44 with ammunition would he a daunting task. Probably impossible over long distances. And to be done by tiny girl weighing a hundred pounds and standing just over five foot? Impossible. Your weapon selection should be a little lighter, and a little less OP. Your character can find better weapons as you play, if you wish.
I will check out Alexis again as soon as her profile is formatted. : )

Hi, I'm gonna take the liberty of looking over your character with a "fine comb".
I've got a few issues that stand out to me particular to me. First off is her zodiac tattoo... I don't see an explanation of why she knows about this. Given the fact that she lived in Freeside, and there's next to no chance of her being aware of the zodiac, unless someone else told her about it. In the same sort of line, she's unlikely to be aware of Buddhism, given it is a religion quite popular in China, it is unlikely to have ever been a big deal in America. In fact, it probably suffered through a lot of paranoid propaganda against it. It'd be an underground thing at best, so it would really require an explanation.
Thirdly, her behaviour with her commanding officer is... unrealistic. I admit, that he might've given her his old rifle based on merit as some kind of reward... However it would still require a professional relationship between them, which I imagine would break some code of conduct rules the NCR military would have. Let alone a commanding officer can't show favouritism to one of their guys, 'cause that sows dissent amongst the ranks. So a hug is just out of the question. I'd rewrite that part to make it more professional, and then just have her happy about it in private on her own.
Other than that, Alexis's profile looks fine to me, but I'm sure if I've missed anything someone else will bring it up.
