That I am Wake, but last I checked, it's your post now . To be fair though, I had forgotten about it, and Zel reminded me. If I ever don't post in about three days time, and I haven't given a reason for a delay, send me a PM and I'll usually have it up within another 24 hours if my EMS Station isn't swarmed with 911 calls. AKDA seems really good, hopefully Butter and Ghost are good with that as well. If you guys want something else to do while Butter works on getting the thread started, there's a Dust section for the info hub. Since it's clear that dust types can be combined, we may want to decide what the possible combinations beyond the oens we already know are. Specifically, those would be - Air + Gravity Air + Earth Water + Earth Water + Gravity Fire + Earth Fire + Gravity Earth + Gravity It's possible Gravity doesn't combine with anything, but I figured I'd include it for the time being in case anyone has any good ideas.

Well I do like the team name AKDA, for Acadia, which means either guard (Lefko), or myself (Midas) will be team captain seeing as how teams are organized with their captains having the first letter of their names first in the team name, so either Ariadne, is leader or Afi is leader. I could really care less, however I would prefer the character who will experience the most development from it to be captain or the character who will cause the most tension among the team by being the leader (or not being the leader), so if you have any suggestions please speak up. Next Seeing as how excited everyone is I believe we are going to start prematurely, and allow Guard, Kap, and AJ to finish their characters. The rest of us may begin on our respective airships (remember, the ship you're on is determined by where you would logically be coming in from, with Midas for example he would be coming in on a ship from Vacuo), however you may not have your airship land until all Player characters who we know will be aboard the ship, have made some form of appearance on the ship (Unless we know they don't want to make an appearance), these means we have to know where Kaps character is from too know which ships can land when, it is completely fine, and indeed more logical if our ships land at different times, so don't worry if you feel like your landing is coming in too early or too late. If you would like to post, please join us here rpnexus.boards.net/thread/1729/chapter-1-shining-beaconThanks again - The Boots

This brings me to two points. The first of which, is that if you're looking for a character picture to use, they've rendered a lot of faces for random scenes throughout the series. Even if your character isn't in gear, it at least might give you something to work with. RWBY has a pretty unique art style, so it's hard to find things that work. The second point, is that there are a LOT of potential characters. We'll have plenty of NPCs to work with. Butter and I have discussed some of these. Found Iola.

If you guys want AKDA, Butters and I decided Lefko will be the team leader for AKDA if that's the final decision for a team name. I'll be finishing him soon-ish, and then posting in the thread.

alright folks, so Guard, AJ, and I have talked it over, and have decided we will allow everyone to post in their own self-contained posting rotations within their own airships, meaning that for example arte, and I can continue to post back and forth within the vacuo airship, so long as we hold to the rule that we may not land, until all parties in the RP are accounted for Looking at you AJ, and Kap. And this will be something we may continue doing throughout the RP seeing as how there are 7 of us this may be the most efficient way to continue however the people in these self-sustained rotations will obviously be changing, and as long as we maintain communication in this story planning page, we can avoid the confusion that it has the potential to bring. Oh, and Stel, my other player character will be aboard the Vale ship, so you're not all alone for the airship scene

I think Lefko and Oliviaer will have some interesting interactions. They're both very straight-forward however while Lefko views the world as a simple black and white where good is good and evil is evil, Oliviaer's world is in a constant grey where she barely understands the concepts of good and evil and simply does as she's ordered.
EDIT: Oh yeah, are we all ever going to get our own food-fight scene? xD Because if so Oliviaer is totally gonna be swing around a giant leg of ham or something.

Profile:
Name: Mavros Ariadne Age: 18 Gender: Male Species: Human Birthplace: Atlas Counterpart: Lyudmila Pavlichenko
Appearance:
Height: 6'1” Weight: 212 lbs. Eye Color: Yellow Build: Muscular Hair Style: 'Ivy League' Cut Hair Color: Black Skin Color: White Distinguishing Features: Facial hair kept in a 5 o' clock shadow. Attire: Mavros wears a set of slightly modified Atlas soldier armor. The armor plates themselves are a polished silver, with the undersuit that usually has a black color appearing white instead. In the places on the armor such as the collar or armguards that bear additional colors, these places are colored black on Mavros armor. Unlike his brother, Mavros gear lacks the usual helmet utilized by Atlas soldiers. Lastly, secure to the shoulders of his armor, Mavros wears a long white cloak, with a hood to pull over his head. Emblazoned on the back of the coat in black, is a winged sword pointing straight up, set above a sunburst, his symbol.
When at school, Mavros holds to the Beacon Academy uniform. When off-duty, for casual wear, Mavros wears attire similar to that of the Atlas Academy uniform with a white beret, due to his upbringing in a military family.
Weapons and Abilities:
Weapon: Mavros weapon, made during his time in combat school, is a winged longsword named Agios Krisi. The sword itself rests in a scabbard that Mavros carries on his belt at his left hip. Aside from its longsword form, the weapon can fold in half longways, creating a barrel, and turning the weapon into a rifle that can fire in single, burst, or automatic modes. The last mode of the weapon is that the blade can extend further outwards, changing it from an assault rifle into a sniper rifle. Like most weapons, the effect of the rounds changes depending on the type of dust used for ammunition. Equipment: Mavros carries little in the way of equipment, with only a scroll, a wallet, and extra ammunition for his weapon carried on his belt. Abilities: Unlike his brother, Mavros isn't overly strong, however his speed and strength balance out evenly, making him an adept warrior. He is a brilliant tactician, and has a sharp mind for politics and intrigue, though he often finds himself at odds on these points due to intolerance for wrongdoing. Other Skills: Things expected of a soldier, such as map and compass reading, military fortification, and vehicle operation. He also has a head for several board games and card games, though he does not indulge in these often. Aura: Black Semblance: Mavros semblance, dubbed 'Light', gives him a number of abilities involving manipulation and creation of light. He has the ability to make himself appear as a glowing light, or create a flash of light that can temporarily blind opponents. Inversely, he can direct it away from himself, preventing a muzzle flash or glare from his weapon. He can also create tangible 'light screens', that appear in the form of hex patterned yellow light, which can be used as a barrier to block incoming attacks, or as a surface to jump off of. In junction with the sword mode of his weapon, he can also create slashes of light that extend from the arc of the sword, and travel outwards in a crescent shape from the point of origin until colliding with a target or extending beyond the reach of his abilities.
Personality: Like his brother Lefko, Mavros has a very black and white view of the world, though does so in a more abstract form. For Mavros, there is only what is right and what is wrong. While he holds no illusions that sometimes one cannot be achieved without the other, he embraces both so long as the right outweighs the wrong. If he must break an order to save a life, he will do so, and submit himself for discipline afterward. In conversation he is polite, calm, and collected, never displaying malice or insulting others. While he does not support an 'innocent until proven methodology', he will give those whom he believes to be wronged a chance to prove their innocence.
When it comes to being competitive, Mavros lacks the nature his brother has, using the moments as training or a test of his skills rather then any desire to win or be successful. He never balks at a task or objective, regardless of how difficult it might be, with a 'what must be done, must be done attitude.' While he is never rude, he does not hold his tongue for those who do not share his viewpoint, or do what he believes to be wrong, expressing his disappointment to them rather then anger. Still, no matter his relationship with an individual, he will ensure that he does what's right, no matter the cost to himself or anyone around him.
History:
Mavros was born alongside Lefko, his identical twin brother, into the militaristic Ariadne family. A prestigious military family in Atlas, with a legacy of service dating back to the Great War when it was still the Kingdom of Mantle, the Ariadne history held a strong history of military tradition. Like those before them, the boys father, Micah Ariadne, pursued a military career and became a high ranking officer in the Atlesian military. Their mother, Kerria, was a Huntress from Vale whom Micah fell in love with while assisting her on a hunt that took place within Atlas' bounds.
From a young age, Mavros trained alongside his brother under the watchful supervision of their father, their lineage already ensuring their future career. Despite their mothers concerns of placing hardships on the children, Micah was determined they become military personnel like himself, or even go into Special Operations and serve Atlas to the best of their ability. Mavros and his brother Lefko soon developed into competent combatants, training in the standard weaponry of the Atlesian military. On top of this, he and his twin learned how to survive on their own, a skill put to the test when the two young siblings were left alone in the woods for a week by their father; albeit with close monitoring (from their mother at least) to ensure they were never in any real danger. They were kept on a strict diet at all times, and had very sparse comforts at home.
Eventually, Mavros was slotted to go through a specialized military academy by their father alongside Lefko, against the wishes of their mother who wished for them to get a chance to see more of the world. Shipped off to Prometheus Academy, Mavros found that he thrived in the environment, where he developed a very strict definition of what was right and wrong. Unlike his brother however, Mavros found himself alienated from some of the other students due to his adherence at doing what he believed right, reporting misdoings to their superiors, and almost never finding himself in trouble himself. Mavros displayed an exceptional ability as a swordsman and marksman, to which he designed his weapon to complement his skills. Unlike his brother Lefko, despite his skills, Mavros never showed any desire for competition, believing that too much pride in ones abilities could be a downfall.
His brother, with a strong competitive nature, had competed in the regional Atlas tournament however, coming out victorious in their third year at Prometheus Academy. At the order of his father, Mavros participated in the tournament the next year, despite his misgivings. In the final match of the tournament, Mavros found himself pitted against his brother, and despite knowing his brother's competitive spirit, he knew it would be wrong not to give the fight all he had. Ultimately defeating his brother in the one on one combat, though it earned him no friends, he was surprised to find a new found respect from his peers and brother in his display of ability. Though he had expected no less from his brother, Mavros and Lefko began to train more often to hone their abilities.
With their graduation from Prometheus, Kerria finally put her foot down and demanded that Micah allow the boys to be sent to Beacon, to give them an opportunity to train as hunters away from the strictures of the military, in the hope they might have an a chance to make a decision on if they wanted to join the Atlesian military. Knowing of Ironwoods respect for Ozpin, and with a lesser concern after viewing how far his children had come, Micah finally relented relented to their mothers demands. The two applied to Beacon under their parents guidance, and found no surprise when they were accepted, prepared to complete their training in order to become Atlas Specialists.

Profile:Tsusny Sarnai "...They will not understand it, they will not hear it, they will not covet it, they will not control it, they will not see it, but when I find them they will know it.” Name: Tsusny Sarnai Age: 18 Gender: Female Species: Faunus Birthplace: Mistral Counterpart: Atilla Appearance:Height: 1.69 Meters Weight: 65 Kilograms Eye Color: Deep Red Build: Lean Hair Style: Coarse, rough, and very long Hair Color: Dark black, and grainy Skin Color: Tanned Distinguishing Features: 3 parallel diagonal scratch marks on her cheek Attire: Tsusny’s armor was hand crafted by her father in the sweltering heat of their forefathers, it was forged from the finest metals collected by her tribe. Made of her spirit, and captured by the ferocity in her heart, and cooled in the lake she was born in, it consists of a large metal breastplate which covers much of her chest, and torso, which continues down into a leather combat skirt, many of the straps of which have since been reduced tatters, her legs are also covered partially by a thick metal at her shins, and knees, and additionally the armor has spaulders for shoulder protection, as well as hefty metal gauntlets, with razor sharp spikes which stretch to represent her ferocity in combat. The Armor used to also contain a short cloak, and hood, the cloak has since been reduced to tatters, most of which still remain, and flow in the breeze as she runs, the hood has survived the test of time, and rarely ever leaves her head. (Her armor is as depicted below, though disregard the weapons). Weapons and Abilities:Weapon: Süirliin Tsusny’s weapon was one crafted of light, yet sturdy metals which have seen their fair use over the years. It consists simply of a long chain whip which when held at her chest, the dart (sharp metal end of the whip) rests an inch above the ground, the whip has a single red tassle tied so that the bottom of the tassle reaches the top of the dart, this is to confuse enemies, causing them to believe the end of the whip is about 4 inches shorter than it really is. Her weapon is specially made with a thin wire woven through the chain, connecting the handle to the dart, the handle of her weapon contains a rotating handle with various types of dust that can be activated, when activated these dust channels follow the wire as a dust conduit to the dart, which funnels the dust into devastating effects. Additionally the whips section links are pushed together connecting with each other to stiffen and harden into a recurve bow, the dust conduit wire can then be pulled out from the chain and acts as the string of the bow for firing dust arrows which she keeps in a quiver on her back. Equipment: A quiver which contains arrows of various dust types (Holds up to approximately 20 arrows at a time. Additionally she keeps assorted varieties of dust on her person at all times, and her own personal scroll Abilities: Like most faunus; Tsusny has night vision, she is also incredibly well trained in the use of her weapon, and can use it with deadly accuracy, she is very limber, flexible, and agile, yet surprisingly strong for her size. Tsusny is a known hunter, and has survived on her own in the wilderness for months at a time in the past. Other Skills: She has an excellent sense of smell, and hearing Aura: Blood Red Semblance: Dance of the Whirlwind Tsusny’s semblance allows her to augment wind, using it to rush around her body with her aura, she uses this in a number ways; to create barriers of wind around herself that can redirect some projectiles, using it to guide her own projectiles in air, curving their flight pattern, using it to spin her whip at inhuman speeds, and other assortments of devastating effects. Personality: While mostly very serious Tsusny does have a lighter side, and has a deep burning passion, and loyalty to those she considers to be part of her “tribe” and would care for anyone she deems worthy of her protection, she fights everyday for honor, and prestige, and rarely finds time to relax; often spending most of her time sparring, honing her abilities with her weapon, and perfecting her craft. History:Tsusny was born of a small tribe of nomadic faunus in the swampland's of Mistral, their people were forced out of the bustling cities, and into the shadows, but carried on a spirit of fellowship which propelled them through the lands, hunting, and tracking their way around the continent in search of a better life for the people who made up their caravan, Tsusny was born in a marsh from her mother - a berry picker - and her father - a blacksmith - and her father had big dreams for his daughter after her birth, knowing that her life would be dedicated to protecting the tribe from the evils of the outside world, from her conception, and birth her father forged the armor she would wear at her maturity, and the weapons she would wield in combat. Though the tribes had felt hardship in the past, due to persecution they figured their worst times were behind them, and Tsusny’s parents figured their daughter would grow up in a world without such persecution, regardless they raised her with an iron spirit, teaching her to use her body as a weapon from a young age, not even allowing her to touch the weapon she would use until she was an expert at an old forgotten unarmed martial art that was past down through word of mouth in their tribe. While conditions were getting better in the tribe, food was abundant, and pestilence was at a minimum, but threats from the outside world were beginning to pop-up again, one day when a group of the tribes merchants returned from trading they were found horribly beaten, with one among their ranks savagely killed, weeks later while traveling through a long forgotten road on the outskirts of mistral the tribe was attacked head on by a group well known for persecuting faunus, the engagement did not last long, and largely targeted weaker members of the group, only a few days afterwards on their way out of the dastardly land they had come across the tribe settled down for the night, and Tsusny wandered off in the late hours as she was quite accustomed to and found a patch of bramble that she snuggled into and slept not far from the tribe. When she woke she found her tribe's camp on fire, bodies covered the ground, and messages written in the dirt outlined a deep hatred for the faunus who had walked through their territory, Tsusny found her parents among the wreckage, and in her grief was forced to collect anything she could get her hands on for protection, she grabbed the armor, which was still too large for her, and the weapon her dad had cast for her, she went for their food reserves and grabbed what remained of their supply, she headed off into the forest, and hid from sight for a night. She was not found by the hatemongers. Tsusny lived in the forest for weeks at a time, hunting for her own survival, and collecting the edible berries in her vicinity. Eventually she resolved herself to seek out the protection of the inner cities of mistral, it took her days to track down the location of a city, and even more time to travel within its walls. She was welcomed into the community, and was picked off the streets by a local foster. The child bearer saw potential in the young girl, and knew that her place was not cooped up in the house with the rest of the orphans, she listened to the girls pleads wishing to be enrolled at a combat school, after trying out for several schools she was shockingly accepted into the prestigious Sanctum Academy. She trained there for years, and nearing her final year she began longing for closure with her family, and her tribe, she resigned herself to sneaking out of the orphanage where she was raised, and went searching for what remained of her tribe, while out in the wilderness she became dazed and lost, with little in the way of food, at her darkest point in this journey, she found herself in a deep cave holding on to life, having finally found food, the fear she felt sitting next to her makeshift shelter acted a lure, for a rogue beowulf, the creature of grimm quickly made it’s way to the cave she was staying in where it cornered her, summoning the remainder of her strength, she pulled out Süirliin, and began spinning it rapidly in its whip form, the beowulf was cautious, and approached the girl slowly, unfortunately however for Tsusny she overestimated the size of height of the cave, and her whip hit the ceiling of the shelter, causing it to fall out of spin, the beowulf used this to its advantage, pouncing directly towards Tsusny, it quickly slashed at her face with its mighty claws opening the flesh on her cheek, she was freightened by the mere sight of her blood, and pulled her weapon back out into a much smaller spin, rotating the weapon delicately around her neck, and in one last bout of fear, anger, and uncertainty she twisted the whip around her body, and bifurcated the beowulf, as its body slowly dissipated Tsusny fell to her knees in tears. The girl remained in the cave for the rest of the night, and crawled out the next morning, clutching to her last breath, she stumbled her way back to a small dirt road, where she was found by a group of traveling merchants, who returned her to town, she eventually made her way back to her foster parents, who were worried nearly to death, she promptly returned to combat school, and finished her training, at the reluctance of her foster parents. She eventually came to the age that she was able to leave the people in her foster care, thanking them deeply for the love they gave to her, but informing them, that she wasn’t meant to stay; she had been accepted into beacon academy for her excellent marks in combat, and promptly moved their upon the news of her acceptance. Tsusny lived in vale on her own trading protection for food, and sustainability, waiting for her first day at the academy of Beacon.

So, out of this, I went along with the "Gender-bent" Warrior scheme! Hope that's alright in any case. If it needs to be of another scheme, I can always edit. Editing is fun.
Profile:
Name: Gwyn Icyni
Age: 18
Gender: Male
Species: Human
Birthplace: Mistral
Counterpart: Boudica
Appearance:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 157 lbs
Eye Color: Smoke Grey
Build: Gwyn has a muscular upper body, though he mostly resembles an average person.
Hair Style: Pulled back into a ponytail a bit above the base of his neck. His hair not pulled back is just above his shoulders.
Hair Color: Bronze
Skin Color: Somewhat tanned on his arms and face, though he does have quite the terrible farmer's tan and his fair everywhere else.
Distinguishing Features: He [Gwyn] has no real scarring or physical damage, he does have a small tattoo of a knotted tree upon his left shoulder.
Attire: Outside of his normal casual/school wear, which usually consists of either sweatpants or school clothing, he wears his combat armour (mostly over his casual clothes.) he created out of heavy metals in vital areas, allowing for mobility and protection, though not favouring one over the other. His armour includes a breastplate, greaves and a vambrace. He also wears a light cloak/overtunic that covers his shoulders and arms for more protection against light weather conditions.
Weapons and Abilities:
Weapon: Aeron and Anextiomarus
Aeron and Anextiomarus are the pair of shields that Gwyn uses as both defensive and offensive weaponry. He himself had help crafting these weapons from his family, his father and uncle both helping craft a weapon for him as they did his older sister who had become a Huntress earlier. The shields are inexpensive, not using dust nor ammunition of any kind, though they lack a very good ranged capability.
Aeron is the more, vicious, offensive shield shaped in the way of a Heater Shield when fully extended, Aeron has a blade connected to a chain spool within the shield, faced downward to the tip of shield. Aeron also has the ability to condense down into a more solid striking weapon, enhancing the blade with more splitting and piercing power (from being fired from the chain spool). Though like anything, it has a consequence, this being losing all of Aeron's shield-defensive capabilities.
Anextiomarus is the, stalwart, defensive shield shaped more as a Board Shield, though about as big as a Heater. Anextiomarus has layered panels, able to extend out and lock into a larger shield to cover most of Gwyn's torso and legs (Down to the knees). Though the added defense is astonishing, Gwyn loses almost all of his mobility if he extends Anextiomarus.
Equipment: Other than his shields, he does carry around his scroll on a small leather satchel adorning his belt. The shields also don't lay strewn on his arms at all times, Jean has strapping for them as a makeshift back-shield-pack. Though he does look somewhat like a metal turtle.
Abilities: Gwyn had been trained in Sanctum for a while, not too surprising as a local wannabe-huntsman of Mistral, but enrolled in Signal near the ending years of the trainee-huntsman schooling. Gwyn learned his abilities as he learned to fight with his shields. Each shield acted as a different trait, a different aspect, Aeron demanded high movement and brutality, whereas Anextiomarus is based around standing your ground, to protect yourself with all your might until an opportunity arises to be relieved.
Other Skills: Not much of a skill, but Gwyn seems to have an uncanny ability to be -the- slowest runner in the world. He tries to though, don't judge him too hard.
Aura: Green. Forest Green.
Semblance: First Semblance Draft: "Healing Touch"
Gwyn never really thought of a fancy name for his Semblance, but what it does is in the name, he heals people. Gwyn's Semblance allows for him to heal one's wounds and aid others in battle by reenergizing their spirits and strength, though with any Semblance, this isn't limitless.
Personality: Gwyn is imperious, rash, quick to anger and stubborn, very, very stubborn. His view is one of his and his alone, he believes in himself and what he was taught to believe, though he is open to new ideas, he is slow to take them and would rather fight to keep his own traditions and ideals. Despite how he seems, so unmoving and self-centered, he truly does believe in protecting others when they need it, nor does he believe in throwing his opinions in others faces, he simply likes to keep his defended to himself.
His personality is almost reflected in his weapons, Aeron being rash, quick to anger and ruthless. Anextiomarus being a bit more collected and stalwart upon not moving a single inch.
History:
Gwyn had lived in Mistral for most of his life, the murky swamps and even murkier people teaching Gwyn early on in his life that many are not to be trusted, sticking to his own code, a code of family-worth and to the small community around him.
His life began simply, a small frontier settlement in the outskirts of Mistral's inhabited territory. His father was a shopkeeper, small time, his mother being a waitress at the only pub in the settlement. They lived relatively quietly, Huntsman and Huntress coming to deal with the occasional Grimm problem, but they never had too many issues. His small family, consisting of two other siblings, both sisters and a nearby millworking uncle provided ample enough family time and money to be satisfied with life, considering the lifestyle of the frontier.
His older sister, Eira was actually the one to convince Gwyn to attempt to become a Huntsman. His entire childhood, he played as a hero, never really thought of becoming one. Gwyn always thought he'd become like his father, working in his small shop and growing old on the frontier. He understood the danger of the Grimm, but nothing ever galvanized him to fight them, to actually defeat them in combat. Eira though, becoming a fully-fledged Huntress years before he had even thought of joining Sanctum. She never really lived long as a Huntress though, she died on a small expedition into Grimm-infested territory to actually begin to expand the defenses of the town to keep the townspeople safe from further attacks in the coming years.
Her death struck Gwyn as he never really thought he could be hit. Never had he once thought about the dangers of the Grimm, nor did he think of protecting his family, he always pretended to play hero with his younger sibling and was a loyal companion to his older sister, though never truly thought of becoming a hero. That thought died when he grew older, he became one of the frontier, aiding his father and learning that his community was his, those around didn't matter and Grimm certainly weren't apart of his world, surprisingly for a frontier town, the Grimm almost never attacked, he was in a "Lucky" zone, Grimm more heavily focusing more to the coastal areas. Yet with the death of Eira, he vowed to protect his town from the onslaught of the invading Grimm that would dare cross his path, the monsters he never paid attention too, the things he believed would never truly be his problem. Not the most uncommon vow, but certainly one to push one into action. Gwyn enrolled into Sanctum, creating his own weapons and armour from the various materiel given to him by the school as his family wasn't one able to pay for the more exotic materials. He didn't do this alone however, he just couldn't, he wasn't a natural born warrior like his sister who had built it with only minimal aid from his family. Gwyn had his father and uncle aid in the construction of his shields, he also struggled in Sanctum. He wasn't a warrior, he was a shopkeep that vowed to protect his town and he only made it by in Sanctum when the family moved to Vale, the frontier became rapidly more unstable as Grimm, who Gwyn once thought were nothing of importance, something the Huntsman and Huntress' could deal with and leave him to his everyday life, invaded the frontier settlements more and more frequently. Frontiers became less populated and shops needed customers.
Gwyn's father had another brother in Vale, so they scrounged up what money they had to head their, to set up shop, aiding the family better to recover from the losses in the frontier of Mistral. This led to Gwyn actually being enrolled in Signal for the last year of trainee-huntsmanship, but none-the-less, it actually saved his hide, considering he wasn't doing too well in Sanctum due to past screw-ups, he was able to semi-fresh slate it and save himself from washing out of the hunstmen.
To this day, as Gwyn readies himself for Beacon, he hasn't changed much. He believes in his family, he's here to protect them later, he almost doesn't care for others and the small line of vengeance and protection is being very blurred in his mind, yet here he is, for reasons almost nowhere near the quality of others, he has capability. If he actually stands up to that possibility of becoming a Guardian of the Kingdoms or a vengeance seeking Hunter is up to what happens in this Academy.

So, you know how each member of RWBY has a trailer right? Well the music accompanying those trailers are along the lines of character themes. As such I thought it would be fitting that we should find some kind of character theme of our own. Of course, I doubt any of us have the capabilities of making good music at the drop of a hat (or maybe some of us do, I don't know what you people do in your spare time besides watch web series, play video games and role play), so we'll probably have to borrow music from something else. Of course, this is just an idea that anyone is welcome to follow along with or ignore, up to you. I had a hard time choosing a song that represented my character, therefor I ended up choosing two. Keep in mind these are just my own thoughts and I am open to suggestions of other music if anyone believes they have something that would suit Oliviaer more. www.youtube.com/watch?v=MN_WgwEmRaw (I felt the whole song was a bit too long so I went for the TV-sized version) I found this song fitting for her backstory. I found the tragic and possessing some dark undertones, which I believe mixed well with Oliviaer's own upbringing. www.youtube.com/watch?v=K-YdRaqzhAIThe second song is more akin to a kind of...battle theme I guess. The constant guitar, drum and bass of the song gives me an image of Oliviaer's ruthless and powerful offense, while the keyboard accompaniment represented her more subtle qualities - her precision, her keen awareness, her constant thought towards her next action. And yes, I did this simply because I don't want to finish my last essay at the moment. Don't judge me, it's hard being a procrastinator.

Pssst, procrastination is really my last name so don't worry yourself Stel. Procrastinator, Kapitan Procrastinator. Best procrastinator around.
I also have to laugh at the amazing "Family First" thought train that Oliviaer, Gwyn and Tsusny all have. At least if they become close like family, they'll work great as a team...though the beginnings I feel are going to be a bit rough around the edges.

Alright, so, important update time.
After a day's work, I've managed to update the info hub with a lot of important information.
First and foremost, is that everyone's characters to their current point of completion (which specifically means I put TBD on them until it's either revealed IC or we wrap discussion up on how to implement them) has been copied into the hub. I didn't include pictures for the moment because I was having some issues with the coding, but myself or Butter will try to make links for them inside the spoilers later. I also changed the layout of each profile to match, so it'll be consistent across the profiles, considering everyone designed their char sheet differently. So now, instead of having to sift through the story planning to find the character sheets, they're all on the hub on the one single page, contained in spoiler tags under their respective locations. And last, but most importantly about this, is that I've included the hex codes for the color of text everyone is using for their PC's. Now if you're in a conversation, or writing a post, instead of having to use the quote or edit function to figure out what font color is being used, you can just copy the code in the "IC Talk Hex Code" underneath the relevant characters info, right at the top, and you should be good to go.
Second, and less important, is that I've included every NPC listed in each of your characters histories (or tried to anyway), organized by location. Each of these have some small amount of basic info, and in some places I guessed on things myself. If you see an issue with anything I put down, or names I used for the organization, just put it here in the story planning and I'll see about getting it fixed.
Third, is that I included basic information on 5 of my own NPC's. They're pretty irrelevant now, but expect to see them later. I'll add more information on them as the story progresses and the characters learn about them IC. It's more then I'm used to giving away this early, but hey, that's what the hub is for.
Lastly, for those of you who we've been talking about characters, semblances, or other things over PM, don't worry. We know we've been quiet, but Butter and I have been busy at alternating times so we haven't had much chance to discuss things and get back to you. Also, if the thread slows down for these next few days, it's okay. We know some of you might be celebrating the 4th of July, just don't forget to get that post up as soon as you get the time. Threads been moving quite smoothly so far for having seven people involved, and it'd be great to keep that momentum going.
