The Enclave hold their weapons low, sending out an Ambassador across the Psijic lines. A message is presented. One that paints a picture of peace, the perfect duality of Science and Magic together at last. Scientifically altered Magicka supplies, a portal to a universe full of Magic, an Enchanted White Picket Fence that spans the cosmos.
The response from the Psijics was taken with much delight, 'The Psijiics support the Enclave movement.' was all that was needed to be said. One nation will rise out of the war between two. Mighty. Powerful. They would turn their gaze to the unclaimed territory in North Dakota.

The Commonwealth, seeing the mighty armies in the west decides to switch to the defensive, taking over the rest of the lands in Tennessee, in preparation for the war predicted by the Institute scientists, weaponry from the Pitt has been supplied to all troops. The Commonwealth senate has sent representatives to the Penalty Box Heroes and the Wolf Nation to initiate a diplomatic meeting, utilising Institute technology to bridge the distance between the three allies.

The Enclave need their living space, they will send their freshly-enchanted Power Armoured soldiers to take what remains of North Dakota, they er at the minute. Unknowing if they should take what they wish from the Penalty Box Heroes or not. They will decide as soon as they discuss this move with their Psijic allies.
A decision has been made! For the glory of the Enchanted White Picket Fence and the new-founded Psijic-Enclave Empire, land must be taken!
