For the time being it would seem most prudent for the Penalty Box Heroes to claim the rest of Illinois and then proceed to stand pat. They've skates to sharpen, sticks and knuckles to attach blades to. War is on the horizon.

The Commonwealth main intention is to try and match the Legion numbers in equal measure, using any remaining forces to capture territory in Legion territory (With a potential aim of New Mexico, Texas and Colorado). If it makes no ground, it wishes the Wolves all the best in taking more of Texas.

The Enclave redirect their efforts against the Penalty Box Zeroes of the East. They offer a chance to cede to them, but they make it clear they mean war. An simultaneous attack on each territory neighbouring their borders, focusing more on the territory next to Nebraska. Total War.

The General of the Legion sends forces to retake it's lost territories in Nevada, then push against the Commonewealth in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Kansas to set up spiked barricades away from the Texas borders, and sends battle plans to the Rat Pack Captains to do the same.

The next day comes. As the sun peeks over the Atlantic Ocean and the demands remain unmet, thousands of Wolves pour into South Carolina. Evil howls fill the air, followed by the screams of the damned. The Wolves flow like a fanged tsunami, leaving only blood and bone behind them. The small Enclave nation is devastated by the sheer number of bloodthirsty creatures. They choke the nation, forcing it's remaining population to flee east.
